We are now proudly one of the only Workhorse dealers on the east coast of Florida. Our factory trained technicians are certified in your coaches’ chassis and have full access to necessary documentation, electronic testing equipment, and parts catalogs. We are very familiar with custom modifications made to the Workhorse chassis and have extensive experience in the Workhorse brake systems.
Dealer Status
Excel Palm Beach is proud to have remained a Workhorse Custom Chassis dealer over the years. Many others dealers in our area were relieved of their status for many reasons yet we stand tall and maintain a solid relationship with corporate today. As a dealer we have the ability to search and locate parts specific to the Workhorse Custom Chassis. We gladly special order parts for our customers when the wish to purchase the parts for their own repairs. We provide technical documentation for our established customers, and answer many questions daily.
Factory Trained
Our technicians have completed Workhorse Custom Chassis training and are factory certified. Our service personnel also received factory training in areas of customer service and warranty. We have access to the Workhorse Web and Workhorse Online Parts catalog. We maintain the electronic tools required to diagnose troubles and reduce repair times. We have the ability to provide Workhorse Warranty repairs.
Custom Service
Over the years many aftermarket companies have created systems specifically for the Workhorse Custom Chassis. Some customers add on different components to improve the ride and steering of their coach. Others install engine performance enhancement kits. Our shop has installed hundreds of these systems and can help you make the customizations you want to make.
Workhorse Brake Systems
Years ago Workhorse was involved in a very large campaign involving a Bosch brake caliper that would hang up in rare circumstances and was subsequently replaced. During that campaign we completely replaced the calipers on hundreds of coaches in South Florida and gained a lot of experience in the service brake systems they utilize. Although the campaign has most likely been completed on all existing chassis, some units may still remain. We still have the ability to complete that service through Workhorse if the need arises.
